Within India:
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A standard shipping fee of ₹50–₹100 may apply for orders below ₹999, depending on location.
International Orders:
Charges vary depending on weight and destination. Exact shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
Customs duties, taxes, and additional charges (if any) must be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery Timelines
Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 7-10 business days.
Other Locations: 10-15 business days.
Remote/Outstation Areas: 10-15 business days.
International Orders: 30-50 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

6. Undelivered/Returned Orders
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

If you receive a damaged package, missing product, or tampered shipment, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with images/video proof.
